Licensing FAQ

Do I need a license to show Grey Matters?
Yes! Any film shown outside of your home requires a license.
What type of license do I need to purchase and is the film the same?
The contents of each screening kit are the same; what differs are the organizations purchasing and how the film is being used.
Here's a quick look:
Non Profits, Associations, and Unions: organizations allied to the education sector; organized groups for individuals working in the education sector.
Colleges and Universities: this license is for post-secondary school institutions including public and private colleges, universities, community colleges, graduate schools, advanced degree programs, and teacher instruction programs. If you are a professor, librarian, or administrator at one of these institutions, then purchase the College/University license.
K-12: this license is for Kindergarten through High School; if you are a teacher, guidance counselor, school psychologist, librarian, school principal or administration at these institutions, then purchase the K-12 license.
What is an extra site license?
Each license is good for unlimited showings at a single location. The extra site license is for schools (primarily colleges and universities), non-profits, associations, and unions, that have multiple locations. Purchase an extra site license if you would like to show Grey Matters at different locations. Email info at changethelensproductions dot com if you require multiple licenses.
